This resort is a lovely retreat in Tennessee with clean and cozy rooms that offer great views. The staff, especially Dawn, made our stay truly memorable. While the amenities like the pool were enjoyable, we felt a bit pressured during check-in with the timeshare pitch. Overall, it's a great value for the experience, but be prepared for a sales presentation.

The rooms were big, cozy, and impeccably clean, with fresh towels and garbage removed before we arrived. The balcony overlooking the creek was a lovely touch.

I had an amazing vacation with my family at this resort! The villa we stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities we needed, plus the friendly staff made our stay even better. While the hotel layout was a bit confusing and we had some noise issues in the morning, the overall experience was fantastic, especially with four pools available for the kids.

Rooms

Our 4BR villa was impressively large and clean, featuring a fully stocked kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. However, the view was mainly of parking lots, which was a bit disappointing.

Our family had an amazing stay at the resort, which is newly reopened. The location is perfect, allowing us to walk to nearly everything, including attractions and restaurants. The pool was recently renovated and well managed. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially Wanda who kept our grandson entertained. While we faced a minor hiccup with the hot tub, maintenance was quick to help us out. Overall, the accommodations were comfortable and clean, although a few areas showed slight signs of age. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped for our family's needs, contributing to a wonderful value for our stay.

6.4/10

I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The resort is beautifully located within walking distance of attractions, and I found the staff, especially the housekeeping attendant, to be remarkably accommodating. However, I faced an unexpected fee at check-in and felt pressured into attending a lengthy timeshare presentation. While the room was generally clean, some amenities fell short of expectations, and the lack of breakfast options was disappointing.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and a good size, but I noticed some dirty dishes and silverware left behind, and the jetted tub had a dirty footprint. It wasn’t very child-friendly, especially with the bottom bunk having no head clearance.
Service
7.0
The staff was polite and accommodating throughout my stay, but the check-in experience felt rushed, especially with the pressure of a timeshare pitch after a long drive.
Location
8.0
The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions and dining options in Gatlinburg. However, the area has a slight uphill walk, which might not be ideal for everyone.
Dining
5.0
It was disappointing not to have any breakfast options available at the resort, especially since it's a resort setting where one would expect at least some breakfast service.
Facilities
7.0
The resort was well-maintained and appeared to have recently updated furniture and decor, but the lack of basic dining options lowered my overall satisfaction.

7.0/10

I had a frustrating experience during my stay, primarily due to the sales tactics that overshadowed what could have been a nice getaway. The rooms were decent and the location was convenient, but the service left much to be desired, with unprofessional communication from the staff. Overall, it felt like the emphasis was more on selling than on providing a comfortable experience.

Rooms
7.0
The room was nice, but not ideally suited for larger families since it only accommodated two adults and two kids in a two-bedroom setup. Some areas could have used a better cleaning.
Service
5.0
The service was quite unprofessional during the sales pitch, making the experience unnecessarily stressful. It felt like there was more pressure to enroll in a timeshare than to ensure a pleasant stay.
Location
9.0
The location was convenient and within walking distance of major attractions and dining options in Gatlinburg, providing easy access to various activities.
Dining
Facilities
8.0
The resort had decent facilities, including well-maintained pools and a small indoor water park area that my kids enjoyed.
